Cybersecurity is no longer an IT issue that can be delegated & forgotten. It's a fiduciary issue. The #DOL holds that plan sponsors have a duty to prudently select & monitor service

Although the initial #BIPA litigation often names the AI technology provider as a defendant, employers using them aren’t insulated from liability. Illinois courts hold multiple entities can be responsible for the same biometric collection when they enable, authorize, or benefit from its' use.
