The entire US cabinet is a bunch of insider traders. Wake up people, you are being played! There is only so much money to go around. And they are raking it in. More for them, less for you. It's so blatantly obvious and infuriating..

Watching the US cabinet meeting live is like watching a bad mobster movie. Everyone praising the boss and talking about their achievements in ruining the world order. Scary, surreal shit

Tartan Trolleys & Turnip Triumphs
In a supermarket standoff, Scots are taking a stand—right between the oatcakes and the Irn-Bru. With pecs as firm as their commitment to local veg, these kilted crusaders prove you can fight a trade war with charm, charisma, and a strategically placed haggis.

NEW: BBC bosses will make push for government to take back costs of the World Service, amid an “aggressive” Russian state disinformation drive

Now “undeniable” case for using world service to push western values, they say. State media moves in when WS moves out.

All part of charter renewal chat:
World Service must be fully state-funded to counter disinformation, say BBC bosses
Ministers must cover full costs of championing western values abroad, senior BBC figures to argue

Trump's attacks on the Department of Education should remind us never to elect to high office anyone without a stake in society. We suffered the same in the UK from 2010, when people who used private healthcare and private schools ripped up public services.

Says Canada is always ready when gloves are "dropped" & America should make "no mistake" - in trade & hockey, "Canada will win"
