UCP’s new “Action Team” assess a classroom of 30 Grade One students consisting of 13 ELL, 5 behavior codes, 2 gifted, 5 special needs, and 5 “normal” students writing mandatory exams in September.
A 13 million $ further study by a 12 member panel of UCP donors recommended.
