Stranger appears to claim that D2 candidate Eddie Lin (who they endorsed) voted for 1A to fund social housing payroll tax. However, Lin has admitted that he actually voted for 1B, the Chamber-backed alt that would have undermined social housing.

I'm sitting here wondering why @thestranger.com still hasn't released @votejeanie.bsky.social's interview she did with them over a month ago, yet today they endorsed someone in that race that voted against Prop 1A. I would LOVE to hear their explanation on this.
