Death metal through to hardcore and most metal in between. Everton & the Boston Celtics

Manchester UK
Well worth subscribing for anyone that isn't! Great shows and always good new metal to find out about

Another example of if people say what difference does the crowd make if things are quiet are groans at home. The players feed off it when it's great and likewise can hurt confidence if it's the negative side like it was first half against Brentford
🗣️“I think the away fans have a really big impact. I’m not used to it, that the away fans are so many people & so loud. I really love that. Every tackle we made, every sprint you got very nice feedback & I love that. Yeah, it’s crazy for me. I really love the support.” - Merlin Röhl

This album is so easy to listen to over and over again. 22 minutes of hardcore punk with catchy guitar melodies

What a performance and win! Midfield was excellent, credit to Rohl having hardly played great performance showing what he can do. Patterson solid and Tarkowski improved again next to O'Brien

I am going with he'll use McNeil on the right and Rohi higher up like at Forest with Armstrong next to Garner today

Fridays listening

Marianas Rest - Melodic death doom in a way that is mournful and melancholic like nobody does better than the Finns

Carrion Vael - First time I have heard of them looks like it's their 5th album. Very solid work, melodic death metal but very tech death influenced

JJJ strong first half. 23 points, 2 3s, 1 steal and 1 block. Probably hoping Brad Stevens is weighing up the trades

It's ridiculous this was ever allowed to happen in the first place and just because they are changing it doesn't change the fact they would have kept it open to all without pressure to alter it

People say no point getting another forward as it's hard for Beto/Barry. Yes better full backs would help them, & Ive not seen enough him to know about his game but in general, a forward who consistently shows gets hold of the ball & gets our players involved higher up earlier on would be a big help
🚨Everton’s interest in Fenerbahce Striker, Youssef En-Nesyri is not at an advanced stage and are yet to make a formal bid

Big singing for City as they've really missed goals in the wide areas in the recent seasons and relied too much on Haaland. Sterling used to get 15+ league goals, mahrez and Sane double figures in the league from open play as well whereas Grealish highest total was 5 and Doku never got more than 3
Slow start for Semenyo at City
January 13, 2026 at 9:29 PM
Ridiculous to disallow that goal, he's just standing there and there is no way the defender could react to stop the shot even if Haaland isn't there

He still exists! Hopefully he gets back and playing regularly without any more setbacks. He makes everyone around him better, mykolenko doesn't look as bad defensively and Tarkowski always been excellent with him or O'Brien if he goes with him.

The midfield as well have less space to protect
😁 All smiles from Jarrad Branthwaite as he steps up his recovery.

The defender isn’t there yet, but he is edging closer towards a return. ✊

Man United gone out of the cups in their first games in both cups and no Europe, they'll only play 40 matches which is the fewest amount of games they've had in a season since 1914

I wonder if refs feel less pressure on them when there is no VAR and they can get on with just reffing the game rather than have that thought in their mind of not wanting to have loads of VAR checks make them look like they are getting a lot wrong
On one positive yesterday it was fantastic not to have VAR no delays or checks and thought ref did okay too.

Our home record in our entire history for penalties is had 11, won 2 and lost 9. Away we have won 3 out of 5 and won 1/1 at Wembley.

So many eras and so many different levels of players but we consistently lose at home in penalty shootouts

Loads of midfielders should look at how Xhaka plays. Always around the play to be an option, always moving off the ball creating angles to open up passes for players that werent on before it. Hardly wastes a pass & plays forward. Simple things but just makes a huge difference to how a team functions

Can't remember seeing a penalty shoot out that quick or where one side doesn't score or save any

Don't agree with people celebrating Keane's appeal being upheld and having him missing for 3 games. I don't want him in the team, ok with being 4th choice. However if Patterson goes off injured early tomorrow we are having to move garner to right back or Mykolenko to centre half and throw Aznou in
January 9, 2026 at 12:36 PM
Horrid that from Martinelli. Could tell straight away the way he fell it's a likely bad ligament injury, players know when someone's properly hurt and he's thrown the ball at him and tried to shove him off the pitch
