For the first time since I switched to Mac over 20 years ago, I downgraded the OS. So hugely disappointed in Tahoe release. It’s not just ugly, it’s noticeable laggier, less intuitive, and riddled with bugs. Are we sure this wasn’t vibe-coded? Steve will be rolling in his grave over this one.

I hope someone is starting a list of all the things the next president is going to have to reverse when they get into office. It’s gonna be a big list!

I'm more of a VI guy, but if you ever need a nice CLI editor with syntax highlighting, mouse support, multiple cursors, plugins, and intuitive key bindings, check out Micro - micro-editor.github.io - `brew install micro`

Do you suffer from too much stuff clogging up your mac menu bar? There is a lightweight, simple and free alternative to Bartender - It's called "Hidden Bar" and it's become an essential tool for me - Check it out apps.apple.com/us/app/hidde... #macapps

Uggg.. painful watching #LFC playing in that first half against #NUFC - not many positives. The reds were much improved in the second half, but Kellerher's late error was so avoidable! Such a shame as he's been playing so well. I'm gutted we didn't come away with the win today, feels like a loss!

Super excited to start porting Typhoon theme for Grav to TailwindCSS 4.0 beta. This is a huge release and as I've been an avid fan of TailwindCSS since the very first verison. This v4 release is the biggest and most radical upgrade yet with big performance leaps but changes in cofiguration ethos.

While I generally prefer btop for my terminal-based stat needs, this macmon tool is pretty sweet if you primarily want to see Apple Silicon specific data like p-core/e-core/gpu stats etc: github.com/vladkens/mac...

Fantastic game today for Liverpool vs Real Madrid. We just bossed them up and down the field. Played at a much higher level than at the weekend. Many MoM candidates, but for me, Conor Bradley for that one tackle alone! #lfc #ynwa

FWIW, here's my `.zsh_plugins.txt` file (everything gets autoloaded with Anicdote):

While I was quite enjoying all the fancy #zsh prompts provided by oh-my-posh, i've ultimiately decided to go back to Spaceship prompt (spaceship-prompt.sh). It has all the git/node/php info I need in a simpler, less obstrusive prompt style. Plus it works seamlessly with #iTerm shell integrations.

I have been an avid user of oh-my-zsh for my ZSH customization for ages, but i've recently moved on to using oh-my-posh (ohmyposh.dev) for prompt and Antidote (getantidote.github.io) for easy package managing. Simpler, faster, prettier! New shell loads way faster now compared to oh-my-zsh.
