Here's a brilliant stat. Since March 2019 (Checkatrade Trophy final vs Portsmouth), only Manchester City (17), Chelsea (9), Manchester United (8) and Liverpool (6) will have been to Wembley more than Sunderland (5) come the end of this month

Absolute stonewaller of a penalty not given, but can't remotely argue we deserve anything from that one. Very poor today all round #safc

Absolutely gutted, but can't argue Leeds didn't deserve that. They're a great side and showed it tonight. The fact we went toe-to-toe with them for so long is encouraging, but that hurts #safc #lufc

For context of how far Sunderland have come, it's a year to the day since Mick Beale blanked Trai Hume as we lost to Birmingham #safc

We don't deserve anything from this one, but I don't think Poveda has done anything right today #safc

Starting to see why Boro fans rave about Hackney

We look threatening going forward but Boro are carving us open time and again #safc

Shame to see Dodds go. He's clearly a well-liked and highly thought of member of staff. Great opportunity for him though #safc #wwfc

I get the anger over letting Aouchiche leave. There's definitely a quality player in there and has done well in his limited chances this season, but that's the thing. He's barely played and doesn't look like he'll get a sniff when Mundle/Watson return, especially now Le Fee's here #safc

Isidor deserves credit for backing himself to take the second one so soon after the first miss. Just brutal to miss and have to feel for him. No point tearing into him now #safc

Thought Mayenda was brilliant when he came on too. Superb in the build up to the first penalty and so unlucky not to have scored. Quite incredible block from Egan-Riley in fairness #safc

Absolutely baffled Sky are sticking with the 'soft penalty' claim for the second one. Cirkin has his standing leg wiped out! What's he meant to do?! It's a penalty all day long man #safc

Hard to take that one. Deserved the win but just fuming with Trafford's antics #safc

Have seen comments on the other site from Burnley, Sheffield United, Coventry and Norwich fans raving about Le Fee and how good a signing he is for us.

And two separate Leeds ones saying he's overrated. Ah Leeds...

Had I heard of Enzo Le Fee two days ago? No.

Am I buzzing that Sunderland are potentially signing the greatest player to ever grace the Championship? Damn right I am!

We've played two promotion-chasing teams in a matter of days, dominated for the majority of both games, yet failed to score and come away with one point. Gutting, but have to feel things will turn in our favour again soon. Right?! #safc

Well, this just got interesting #safc

No such thing as consistency when it comes to Championship refs. Watson fouled when clean through by the last man is only a yellow, but Mepham is sent off. Someone make it make sense? #safc #sufc

Watson is getting better with every game #safc

Haven't been in Sunderland city centre for a few years now, but this has blown my mind. Looks completely unrecognisable now!
How's this for a transformation?

The 3 Stories is located near Mackies Corner on High Street West and opens its doors a week today!

The glow up isn't just reserved for the building but also Pan Alley Lane to the side, which is decorated in artwork and its own hanging sign!

In honour of our new home on Bluesky, what's your favourite blue Sunderland kit?

Looking back, there aren't many classics, but back in the day I loved this one from 2008-09

Timeline here is already flooded with memes about BlueSky being better than X and this was exactly where my mind went. Nice to see other #SAFC fans are on the same page
Hopefully, anyway
