Last season, the Wolves were also in a bad way early on. Yes, we’ve been yapping on about continuity. But we aren’t the same team. Continuity is a myth. We lost NAW. We lost bench guys who knew the program in practice. We are older. We have more talent with little NBA run. Maybe give it a minute eh?

I hate to disagree with this ESPN half time crew (jk, love to disagree with Stephen A Smith!) Ant (and Julius) shouldn’t “just shoot the ball.” This defense is smothering them. I’d rather have them make smart decisions, move the ball, space the floor, get their shots when it is the right move.

Peep the body language of the Wolves. Our confidence collectively tanks with even the smallest shifts in game momentum. We gotta be a lil more unflappable.

I’ve said it before. I’ll say it again: the Timberwolves play best when they are underestimated and with a chip on their shoulder, like they’ve got something to prove.
