Patience with an uncoopertaive mind, persistance returning to the focus of practice and attention to the present moment will be fruitful but often not pleasant. The awakening process isn't a joy ride. Liberation from the clutches of craving, hatred and delusion is what this is about. #mindfulness

The contents of the mind are like the weather. Some days clear, calm and bright and other days with clouds, wind and cold rain. Expectations otherwise delusional. The challenge is to know and bring mindfulness to whatever arises and recognize its impermanent, dukkha nature.
