I am so heartened by the peaceful demonstrations this weekend. There is hope.

I have not posted in awhile. I seem to go from dismayed to alarmed and back again. I keep looking for positive change. I see it in individuals but not in politics, government. The level of anger and fear is phenomenal.

Folks, anyone struggling to keep the light going remember that there are far more good folks than evil ones. You are one of the good ones. Keep your light burning.

Imagine a world where our LGBTQ friends have no reason to fear for their existence, livelihood, careers. Imagine a world where infants, pre-schoolers, and sick elderly are valued so much that their caregivers are paid living wages.

I imagine. I hope we can get back on track...

I am wondering what steps we can take to protect those who will be harmed by the next administration. What are you thinking?
