This evening we had an International feast. There was a lovely crowd with 15 nations represented and people sang and orpayedin their heart language, celebrating our unity in Christ. A really wonderful event!

When people visit our church they fill in a "yellow card" with their contact details. Today I have been working through this year's cards, making contact again. Lots of lovely positive responses and indications that people may come along to our Christmas programme. Very encouraging! #cofe

Tomorrow is Safeguarding Sunday in the Church of England. I hope and pray that our nation can become safer in all its institutions and contexts. In recent years it feels as though society has been less safe, not safer. Lord, help us!
