I really hate to say this, but whether Ukraine did attempt to strike Putin's residence or if it's (more likely) a false flag...Kyiv is in trouble.

I am confident in the statement that breaking windows, deploying flash bangs and chemical agents for civil and misdemeanor infractions does not call for such tactics.
