It’s 6:04 p.m. in D.C., and we have parading. Crowd has filled in a bit at the route front, but mainly one deep along Constitution Avenue.

Let me see if I understand this congress. On one hand They keep saying they want to cut spending. On the other hand they want the debt ceiling raised. So basically instead of paying cash they want to charge it. .
