I had nightmares about having to vote for Trump or be punished back then - literal nightmares. I watched a lot of Hitler documentaries. Yep, I saw it coming but hoping I was wrong. Traveling. In an out of internet. PM if interested in speaking.

My daughter forwarded this to me to see if I was interested. Raised in rural red Colorado by a mom who was a WAC officer in WWII. She taught me politics. We disagreed on a lot but she knew about WWII. I grew up in the 60s. I was nervous about Trump's speeches in 2016.

My plans actually have me in Farmington and Grants the 19th. Anyway I can support you in either of these communities. Don't see anything going on in Farmington from my searches. Do you know of anything?

I'll be traveling by car through NM (near but not in Albuquerque) Easter weekend. I'm from CO but here to see if anything will be going on then or during camping season.

I'll hopefully be on my trip and visiting National Monuments that day. Yep, Easter in the ruins.

Intriguing, as always. Thank you both. I feel like it's such a roller-coaster ride. Not what I wanted for my retirement years. I miss the days, when democracy worked well.

Good to see you here, my friend! We will definitely stay in touch. I'm so glad you reached out. I can DM my email if you ever want to talk offline.

I'm an advanced practice nurse. If I was not retired, I'd go for it! And, if they cut SS, I might unretire and apply anyway.

This will be interesting in nursing and medical high school and college programs, where vaccines are required by clinical sites (hospitals, clinics, long-term care). The school contracts with sites. No vaccine, no contact, no ability to complete required clinical hours.

Happy birthday, sweet girl. Your life started 2 years ago when you were rescued from a hoard. You were dying then but you are going strong now. #dogphotos

In those with learned helplessness, they’ve not learned the illusion of control. Those with learned helplessness believe that things will always remain the same, because they can’t see anything that will change their situation and have no belief that they can have any impact. - Dr Martin Seligman

Hope is what powers us through difficult – seemingly impossible – situations. And hope is based on the idea that things can or will change. For most of us, the perception of the change agent in hope is ourselves. - Dr Martin Sigman #optimism
