Congress has shown me how far we still have to go to build a system that truly works for everyone. But that won’t discourage me. My love for and dedication to the St. Louis region keep me in this for the long haul. In 2026, I’ll keep fighting for the better future we all deserve.

Families shouldn’t be working harder just to fall further behind. I’m proud to cosponsor the American Affordability Act to lower housing, energy, childcare, education, and healthcare costs—and put more money back in working families’ pockets. It’s time to make the economy work for people again.
