The Guthrie kidnapping is awful and certainly newsworthy, but why are @cnn.com dedicating pretty much all their news coverage to it when there is soooo much going on in the world?

I was never a fan of his Howard era policies, but I have to say that I miss Liberal politicians like Christopher Pyne (I'm a fixer, I fix things). His Press Club address just shows how you can be consistent with what you believe and argue for it with facts and humour. Take note Ley and Littleproud!!
