📚Malden Public Schools was awarded the McKinney-Vento Homeless Education Grant by DESE. This grant will assist school districts to ensure that homeless students enroll in school, attend school, and have the opportunity to succeed in school.

🎉Congratulations to the Malden organizations: Chinese Culture Connection, Jean Appolon Expressions, and The Flavor Continues for being awarded a Mass Cultural Council (MCC) support grant. This grant will help these organizations expand access to arts and culture in their communities!

The Bread of Life will be hosting a free community dinner on Thanksgiving Day (11/28) at the Malden High School cafeteria from 12 PM to 2 PM. Take-home meals and meal delivery can be coordinated for senior citizens and disabled individuals. For more information, call (781) 397-0404.

The MBTA released its new mobile app MBTA Go with real-time rider updates for all fixed-route services. The app is currently available to Apple iPhone users with a planned release for Android users in February 2025. The app is available in six different languages.
