No matter your immigration status, you have rights. Know them and assert them.
Wishing everyone a very Merry Christmas! I hope your day is filled with love, laughter, and special moments with family and friends. 🎄

218 signatures. The majority of the House wants to stop Americans' health care premiums from skyrocketing.

Speaker Johnson needs to stop stalling and allow us to vote on a clean 3-year extension of the ACA premium tax credits now.
Urgent update.

Our bipartisan petition to force a vote on a straightforward extension of the Affordable Care Act tax credits now has 218 signatures.

Mike Johnson should bring the bill to the floor immediately.

For the president to post this shows a profound lack of humanity and compassion.

Rob Reiner was a great man whose work meant something to millions of people. My heart goes out to everyone who mourns him and his wife Michele.

As Hanukkah continues tonight, we hold in our hearts the families of the victims and all those impacted by the horrific antisemitic terror attack against the Jewish community in Australia.

To everyone celebrating Hanukkah, I’m wishing you a season filled with light, reflection, and time with loved ones. May the candles remind us of strength, perseverance, and hope. Chag Sameach 🕎

Ending family reunification parole won't make us safer, it will only tear families apart. Our immigration policies should be fair and humane. This is just cruel.

I just voted to force the House to consider impeaching Trump for his violent threats against Democratic Members of Congress.

Republicans blocked it, showing once again they'll refuse to hold him accountable for his administration's lawlessness.

This weekend was full of holiday cheer! Loved seeing everyone at the tree lightings in La Mirada, La Habra, and Norwalk, and at Downey’s Christmas Parade.

Nothing beats celebrating the season with our neighbors!🎄

It was great to join the Whittier YMCA in celebrating community and service at their annual Prayer Breakfast. Grateful for the chance to connect with neighbors and local leaders!

President Trump is trying to throw $12B in taxpayer money at the chaos he created. No amount of cash can cover up his disaster.

Proud to join Rep. LaHood, Sen. Barrasso & @bennet.senate.gov on the Retirement Rollover Flexibility Act.

Workers shouldn’t lose money to fees just for changing jobs. Our bill lets people easily roll over their Roth savings so their retirement keeps growing.

The same guy who ran on affordability now wants you to believe it's all a Democratic scam?

Families across the country know the truth. They're feeling the pain of rising grocery prices and know Trump's policies are making things worse every single day.

Trump didn’t just pardon a Honduras' ex-president, he released a man convicted of moving 400 tons of cocaine into our country.

American families have buried loved ones because of his poison. Now because of Trump, he's walking free.

You heard it yourself, there is no plan. Your health care isn’t a priority for them.

It was great to join CHCI at their Tech Summit to discuss how we can close the digital gap and ensure Latino communities can fully participate and lead in the digital economy.

Thank you for inviting me to speak and for bringing together so many advocates and community leaders.

Small businesses are the backbone of our local economies and shape the character of our communities.

This #SmallBusinessSaturday, make sure to support the local shops, family-run restaurants, and neighborhood services that make Southern California unique.

Happy Thanksgiving to everyone in Southern California. This season reminds us to slow down, hold our families close, and be grateful for the communities that support us.

I’m thankful every day for the privilege of serving you. Wishing you a safe and joyful holiday.

In March, @wassermanschultz.house.gov, @replindasanchez.bsky.social, and I led 59 Members demanding the IRS stop illegally sharing taxpayer information with DHS.

A federal judge has now blocked this unlawful practice.

Trump is trying to weaponize our military for himself. But our service members swore an oath to the Constitution, not to any one man. They have a duty to refuse and report any UNLAWFUL orders.

Intimidating and threatening Congress won’t change that.

Trump called for the Democratic lawmakers to be "arrested and placed on trial" in social media posts.

It was a privilege to honor our veterans in the cities of Downey, Santa Fe Springs, and La Habra. Their service anchors our communities, and I’ll keep fighting to ensure they receive the support and dignity they've earned.

It was an honor to celebrate Veterans Day across Southern California last week.

Supporting our veterans goes beyond thank you — that’s why I introduced the Fair Housing Disability Act to protect their access to affordable housing.

Health care premiums are going to increase next year.
That's the hard reality of it.

Remember that Republicans are the ones who fought for those increases.
