I suppose olive oil is the wrong answer but people I know have definitely tried it in a pinch and been surprised at how effective it seemed to be... at least for a short time.

"Innit" is quite possibly one of my favorite words in Brit English. Take the contraction "Isn't" which is already a mashup of "Is" and "Not" and just jam "It" onto the end for the trifecta. Brilliant innit? 👌

Seasonal affect really seems to be hitting me hard this year for some reason. Mentally I feel ok but feeling "on" enough to want to record content has been a major struggle bus. What is that?!? What do you do to pump yourself up for it?
