The #PaBudget bill that recently passed the House would improve the lives of all Pennsylvanians by investing in quality education, healthcare, and fire and safety programs.
One of the sticking points in the #PABudget is revenue. @PaHouseDems have proposed safely and responsibly legalizing adult use cannabis as a source of revenue; however, the state Senate is not in Harrisburg right now to negotiate.

It's July 10th and when the Pennsylvania Senate Republicans fail to show up to help negotiate a budget in good faith we can't pass legislation to lift up all Pennsylvanians. Raising the minimum wage would improve the lives of hundred of thousands of workers across the commonwealth.

My House Democratic colleagues and I are in Harrisburg and ready to pass a budget. However, the Pennsylvania Senate is not here to negotiate in good faith to keep mass transit across the commonwealth running properly.
