Jared’s a friend. I’ve supported him in every election he’s ever had. I understand how difficult it is for a Democrat to win in CD2. He’s deeply incorrect on this issue.

Rep. Adam Lee, D-Auburn, would have Maine switch to winner-take-all elections only if Republican-led Nebraska does so, and he said he hopes his idea never goes into law.
