When volunteering for the Davao leg of Manna Filatelica 2024, I got this as a freebie by one of the exhibitors. Great addition to my own collection and a way to learn my country's history. Longest postage stamp when it was released. There is a longer one now by PHLPost.

I know that the progressive leaning peeps are pent-up due to Twitter and now releasing it in Bluesky, but why advocate violence? I know some are memes, but still. There is rather a need to educate and have meaningful dialogue.

The amount of pro anti-piracy bill political ads on Facebook infuriates me. Obviously, there is lobbying going on in my country by media distributors. They dare want to monopolise while prices for streaming services are way to expensive and fragmented.

I've been trying to help student become avid readers by providing them reading materials based on their interests. One student, Ms. A, got some comics from me with a payment of an essay about the title to get more chapters. My goal, even as a practise teacher, is to create a literature club.

Teaching ain't exactly easy, but it is certainly fun! I never regret taking up education.
