This was in India a couple of years back while visiting a an apartment complex under construction. I just celebrated my 78th birthday with my kids, wife and grand kids in the east bay of San Francisco. Thank the lord that I’m in good health and still fighting for a better United States of America!

That’s like me! I’m near 78 and can still jog and can dance a Sikh Bhangra dance vigorously. But these folks are missing a big item - your diet! I’m almost totally vegan except for an occasional fish and chicken. Actually it’s the animal products diet, even milk, is bad!

Went for a wonderful hike of the Berkeley Marina! From the east bay of San Francisco, we could see the Golden Gate Bridge and downtown SF. Beautiful nature walk with ground squirrels, clover and many species of water birds. It was getting near sunset so that added to the beauty!

Hello all. Please do this tonight for as long as you can but definitely between 5-7 pm PST. Please share this with everyone you know, and then flood your legislators' DC and local offices at 9.01 Monday morning to demand that all funding for ICE be stopped. Do this in honor of Alex Pretti.

If elected to the US Congress, a major initiative of mine will be to push for an official ratification of the Equal Rights Amendment (ERA) to the US Constitution. Equality for women in all areas now needs to be the law of the land. Video from recent Women’s March rally at El Cerrito, California.
