Every day, Americans are bombarded with the bad news of Trump 2.0, and it is exhausting to keep track of and absorb each new outrage. That is the clear intent.

When one is caught in the crossfire, it is hard to see, let alone address, the big picture.
Donald Trump and the deconstruction of America
Don't let the daily outrages obscure the big picture.

Trumpery.

Yes. It’s a real word. It means “to deceive.”

The Oxford English Dictionary defines "trumpery" as something worthless, trivial, or of little value, essentially trash or rubbish.

Such classic gaslighting it's an instructive moment. The question is not whether generic is better or worse, it's that a list with more expensive brand names is not the same as a list with cheaper generics. Perverting that truth into an attack on those calling it out is Manipulation 101.
Hassett: "On one of the Sunday shows, the anchor criticized the fact Walmart said the Thanksgiving dinner is cheaper by about $10. Then he said, 'Oh yeah, but they substituted generic stuff,' as if having a generic something is a crime for ordinary folks! It shows how out of touch these people are."

This probably isn’t good.
The CDC has turned off its vaccine search tool.

The vaccines.gov site now gives an error when you enter a valid zip code.

They also removed text saying “Vaccines can help you stay healthy” and added a banner saying the site is being updated.

World AIDS Day is Dec. 1.

Although the current administration refuses to acknowledge it, we will.

We once awarded a grant to help digitize the AIDS Memorial Quilt. You can explore it online.

Pete Hegseth is an absolute disgrace to the military.

Every person who has served in the military know what they must OBEY.

And absolutely what they must DISOBEY.

The fact he doesn’t understand this is why he should never have been given the position.
