One of the photos I took (out of 1000 + across 5 games) of my daughters final D1 softball season was selected as candidate for picture of the week. I snapped this just after the 2 run double by NDSU throwing the Bison horns.

Do me a favor and give it a vote?

Applause whenever the Seahawks score. Mostly every screen on this flight from Orlando to Seattle is playing the game. Fan gear all around.

Good times!

PLEASE RP: This is for IT Directors/Managers.

Are you managing a team that has been securing & operating your IT team during these trying times?

Let your Sysadmin/IT Pros/DevOps people know that you appreciate them.

TELL THEM.

Say the words.

It matters.

Excited to be heading down to São Paulo next week to talk about using AI Tools to manage traditional hardware / workloads. It will be my first time in Brazil and connecting with the IT Infra Community. Will you be there? #itpro #AgenticOps #PneumaticNailer

on campus yesterday creating some content between meetings. One was a scrappy chat with a Windows Server feature PM, the other was a larger funded project with an engineering lead. Both of these will be awesome, why? genuine "human to human" storytelling. Get out there and make stuff. #STORYTELLING

Today’s lunch was Los Tacos No 1 - close by the hotel. A pair of Carne Asada and a pair of Pollo Asodo street tacos. A cup of tamiran to wash it down.

So fast. So damn good. Love these taco! #StreetTacos

Landed late in NYC last night but still had time to find some nice pizza around the corner - Carnegie Pizza eat 2020.

Kept it simple with a slice of cheese and a slice with pepperoni. Also tried the garlic knots.

New year - new training targets. MSFT launched AI Skills Navigator. Think of it as your "coach" for creating a plan to achieve new certifications and skills in the Microsoft ecosystem. My team has been asked to help for the IT Pro / Infra content. Any requests?

I have FINALLY set myself up for a work device (iPhone trade in) and personal device (current iPhone device).

Android users have been able to have work profiles for years, but this is my attempt at a clear separation line.

We’ll see how long this lasts.

Today feels like a “yack shaving” purge day. I am trying to motivate myself to get it underway.

Should I focus on on:
1) home office/studio
2) garage
3) master bedroom closet

What do you think?

Any maritimers here?

Livin' in the PNW and I had a craving for Halifax donairs for dinner. 🤷‍♂️

Luckily Matty Matheson did up a recipe for the meat and sauce.

Damn it was good! Baked in a loaf pan and run through my meat slicer.

I just finished a bowl of leftover gumbo. It's still as good as it was a few days ago when I made it.

We've got lots of leftover choices in this household for the weekend. What about you?

Dropped twin 1 at airport this morning and came back for a snooze on the chesterfield. Had lobster rolls for lunch and just finished a butter tart as I watch the 3rd period of Canadian Junior Hockey game.

Not a bad Saturday if I do say so myself.

Nothing like being in a LT meeting with your boss and have her close out the meeting with "I need/want you ALL to log off and disconnect until January - no exceptions".
