Im a creative who runs my own business. This year, I changed my working hours to 10-6, so that I can workout in the am. It has been THE BEST for my mental and physical health. Capitalism does not want you to slow down. FIGHT IT EVERY CHANCE YOU CAN. choose yourself and your health, every time.
