i really needed to catch up on some sleep because my mental illness makes me wake up at 4am everyday.
so i went to work & then came home to sleep for 3 hrs.
i only feel slightly human again, but i know i’ll be up again this morning, same time.

got up at 4am to get down to the fish monger.
i took my time getting ready, drove down & was still the first person in line.
they weren't serving til 5am, but managed to get served early & was out of there before the 2nd customer arrived.
