Anthem Backtracks in Connecticut:
Basically the State provides Anthem to Gov employees, most likely told them to get fucked, they'd go elsewhere - just speculation on my part (but you know I'm right).

Anthem Blue Cross/Blue Shield puts arbitrary time limits on how long they'll cover anesthesia during surgery. They will stop paying for anesthesia if the surgery goes over their pre-allocated time.
