I think most people have some conscious or unconscious prejudices. My whole adult life I have disliked the large majority of White South Africans I have met. Especially while living in South Africa. I can say "I have white friends from SA". It doesn't make me feel any better. Just a human.

Today while juggling: breaking new ground with backcrosses again finally, the park yielded two new friends and two new perspectives. From now on that is what I want to collect.

I just had a thought: What if the old Fascist playbook fails because they didn't count on the spread of information possible because of social media. They aren't creative enough to write new plays.

I want to believe that I will shoot film more if I start buying film cameras I've owned before or wanted when I was young. Maybe I'll only collect every Nikon F3 model. The seeming lack of desire for physical medium in art these days makes me reluctant. I'll just keep shooting what I've got.
