Making Louisiana/UK fusion red beans & rice starting w/ English sausages instead of smoked sausage & hard-won dried kidney beans because they seem to be a specialty item here (no really, couldn't find a regular grocery store that stocked them!). I'll also be cooking them on a hob instead of a stove.
