I dont know how young me did it I could survive a big vc no problem but now,. I never thoufht I could get or understand what it feels like to be overstimulated. But. I get it now, kinda, maybe, probably not to the extent of others but...! Yeah i understand it now 🙂↕️

i've been off of therapy for a lil while bc my therapist had changed organizations and i've been fine for a while but now i have been heavily considering returning because life has just not felt the greatest as of recent! it happens, remember to be nice to everyone in your lives everyone :) ❤️
