PTSD disproportionately affects service members. In an RCT, RISE—an interoception-based training—reduced PTSD symptoms indirectly by increasing acceptance of uncomfortable internal sensations.

Loved getting to give this talk on dealing with rejections...turns out talking about getting rejected is very cathartic. And hopefully helps normalize the process. Because trust me, I get rejected ALL. THE. TIME.
