Having ADHD and OCD is a wild ride. I saved/picked up a field mouse with my bare hands. That's the ADHD impulse. But now the OCD intrusive thoughts are telling me I'm gonna die of a random disease because of it. 😵💫

As someone who wore heels every day (even to bartend!) I now wear "barefoot" shoes and I can NEVER go back to regular shoes. So comfortable!
