Our volunteer Rhiannon has generously shared her work with us again to reflect on the harder days. Many of us, regardless of diagnoses, will face hard times.
Rhiannon shows us, it isn't permanent! The sun might not come out suddenly but it's always there behind the clouds waiting to shine through.

Transgender Day of Remembrance was started in the 90s to memorialize the lives of Black Transwomen Rita Hester and Chanelle Pickett who were killed. This year, we remember the brave people who came before us and lived their truth despite the danger and made the world brighter just by being in it.

Did you know that around 70–80% of disabilities are invisible.
Not all disabilities are immediately noticeable, they can include conditions like neurodivergence, mental illnesses, chronic pain, hearing or vision impairments, and more.

This week is an impotant reminder to challenge assumptions
