Just here to spectate the chaos and sip the tea 🫖… carry on. 👀
They slipped in a hemp ban like we wouldn’t notice. They let us know at every turn they don’t seek to represent us, but to control us. Government’s supposed to serve the people, not silence them. Where is our say in the laws that shape our lives?

None of the Dem Senators (or Democratic-caucusing) who voted yes on the CR are worried about reelection:

• Dick Durbin – IL – Retiring 2026

• Catherine Cortez Masto – NV – Up 2028

• Jacky Rosen – NV – Up 2030

• John Fetterman – PA – Up 2028

• Maggie Hassan – NH – Up 2028

The reason people think the Democratic Party doesn't actually stand for anything is because it doesn't.

I'd like to see a state pass a bill like this somewhere where the focus would be water use by data centers. Slap a per gallon fee on their water usage. Slap that fee on everyone using a lot of water. Put it into a sovereign wealth fund like Alaska and issue an annual universal dividend like Alaska.
Poland Spring might get soaked with $100 million state tax
Lawmakers eye an extraction fee of 12 cents per gallon for Maine groundwater.

Wouldn’t it be a good laugh if Mama bear Nancy “stepped aside” just to let the baby bear take her spot? Maybe Christine will continue Mom’s legacy of amazing success in the stock market too. 1/3

Idk who needs to hear this, but Gavin Newsom, Pete Buttigieg, and Kamala Harris are among the worst picks if the dems were serious about winning 2028.

I think we under-estimate how many people are miserable because they have no enthusiasms, no hobbies, because they gave up reading and quit learning when school ended. It's shocking how much studying a beloved subject elevates your mood. It will transform your life.

Working in schools gave me an inside look at why some kids don’t thrive. There’s no one-size-fits-all approach to learning, but the system leaves little room for anything different.

AWS able to take us down that easy? This isn’t just about tech failing, it’s about being forced to trust the few to hold the many. Time to wake up. 🌍✨

It’s heartbreaking to think that one day, the memories of our loved ones will fade, their names forgotten, even though their impact will always linger.

Unpopular opinion: I don’t care if America’s an economic powerhouse or “beats China.” I just want people to have housing, healthcare, food, and safety.

We’re chasing boss babe goals when we should be chasing community care and rest.

Sometimes I meet people and think, this is someone who could be running the country. Imagine if regular folks actually had the chance to lead, not just the rich and well-connected. How do we get there?

I work in a place full of advanced degrees and oversized egos. So much “knowledge” in the room, shame common sense didn’t make the syllabus.

Social media can be toxic, but as a biracial person, it lifts my heart to see people of all backgrounds getting along in real life. We need more of that energy.

Just a reminder: The Constitution doesn’t grant rights. It guards them from the government trying to take them.

Unpopular opinion: I used to think the big innovations that made life easier came from people who genuinely wanted to improve the world. Turns out, a lot of them were just stepping stones for some of the worst people to gain power and influence.

In April 2024 I bought my sister a toaster for under $20. Today, the same exact toaster is almost $60. Nothing changed about it… Same toaster, triple the cost. Welcome to the economy in 2025. That’s not inflation.. That’s frikking robbery.

Can we stop politicizing food and health? I get that extremists have hijacked what used to be normal conversations, but it’s exhausting having to explain simple, nonpartisan concepts over and over.
A lot of people don’t realize raw milk is common in places like France, Germany, and the UK too. It’s not just a “red vs blue” thing that the US has turned it into. In many countries it’s simply part of food culture.
