That's why there needs to be a complete break with old Democratic leadership, Schumer etc. Change political platform entirely to prepare for next 2-4 years. Otherwise, young anti-war progressives need to leave for 3rd party. I am ready to leave Dems if the party doesn't change.

If Democrats show vision, fighting spirit, they attract voters. Voters like to see fighters, that's how Trump attracted devoted following, he fights even when he can't win and gets admiration. Staying passive with CR does not attract voters, reinforces idea Dems part of "deep state" as they call it.

When you have a bully forcing you to choose which of your kids he's going to beat up, you fight the bully, no matter how scary he looks, you don't go see which kids you want to offer up. Because the bully is going to beat them all up. He's just toying with you psychologically.

Schumer doesn't understand when you are losing a battle, you don't calculate, you don't plan for a honorable loss, you go with your guts, you fight hard, you sacrifice what's dear, so you can keep heart of the people for future battles. He has lost the heart of the people.
