If your subscription payment increased, it's likely because you're paying for the AI copilot addition. You can go into your setting and return to classic subscription without AI. I suggest you do: MS is training Copilot on your work. You're literally paying them to!

Do not look away from Palestine What does the ceasefire mean? While an immediate ceasefire is a necessary first step toward rebuilding Gaza, and a welcome development, it is not the end of the occupation. Nor does it change anything for the rest of occupied Palestine, including the West Bank, where violence has been constant and intense. And so, IT IS NOT THE END OF THE WORK. Under the deal, Stage One — lasting 6 weeks — would see Hamas releasing a number of its remaining hostages, while Israel has pledged to release a number of Palestinian prisoners, thousands of whom have been jailed for years without charge or trial in prisons that have been described through evidence as torture camps. Israel will pull its troops from all populated areas of Gaza, while Gazans will be allowed to return to their homes, though the majority have been destroyed. Stage Two would see a “permanent end to the war.” But even after the truce was announced on Wednesday and up until Sunday morning, Israel continued its bombardment of Gaza with increasing intensity. Air strikes in Deir el-Balah, Al-Nuseirat, Khirbet Al-Adas, Al-Bureji, and elsewhere killed more than 100 Palestinians, including children, a journalist, and medical professionals. After hours of delay, Netanyahu continuously repeated this is a temporary ceasefire and that the “war” will resume.
