At tweet-length: they were elected as agents of change but they are in fact the establishment’s Plan B to retain and enforce as much of the status quo as possible, and the status quo has been about making things worse, nastier and more cruel for a long, long time.

Tim Davie mentions a BBC reporter being expelled from Turkey. He doesn't mention Israel preventing intl journalists from entering Gaza or them murdering 215 Palestinian journalists over 18 months. Funny, that.
