i’ve concluded that the true cause of the weirdness on nights’ crossworlds model is in fact their mouth and not their teeth. their teeth look pretty much the same in CW vs. JoD but their mouth is much more detailed now it seems

we are finally getting somewhere with ch. 2 of this fic. it’s been Almost A Year
Ascending the stairs brought forth a steady stream of late-afternoon sunlight that broke into a flood as he reached the top. The theatre lobby had been, for the most part, returned to its standard level of clutter: a few chairs still left untucked from beneath their tables, stray boxes stuffed with assortments of props and other decor pushed off to the sides. What could not be so easily fixed by the crew had seemingly been put back into place by the theatre itself, settling once again into still, perfect silence after such a near collapse. The lobby, at this time of day, was not a place he visited often, nothing but a place in between one stage and another, existing only to be passed through. Bathed in the unfamiliar midday sun and absent of its usual early-morning and late-evening crowds, pulling a chair aside to stop and sit in it felt almost eerie. How hauntingly normal. Every single difference seemed to lie in him, instead.
