Missed my in-laws awesome Christmas party they have every year to stay home with my sick teenager. That said we spent the day watching the Tigers beat Clemson, Army Navy game and Goosemas. A very nice treat spending time with her.

Proud of these Tigers regardless of how this game turns out. Going to be a fun basketball season. Auburn is pretty darn good.

Another reason I came here is that my feed had become my own political echo chamber with opposing echos getting in more and more. While I don’t want to play the ostrich, I think I need a mental health break from politics for just a bit. My head hasn’t been in the best place since the election.

Headed to see the Drive-by Truckers perform Southern Rock Opera in its entirety at the Ryman tomorrow with some besties, my wife and my brother and nephew. A good slide into the holiday. Also, what an amazing album about how shitty and awesome the south can be #duality
