4 stars, I liked it, but I didn't LOVE it. Great book though.

This was a sleeper hit. This novel has everything I love about a book, in particular the deceit- you think you are reading one kind of story, and then it turns on a dime and you are reading something completely different- and it is extraordinary. I am smitten.
