Sometimes you just have to tell the jury the story about how the witnesses and the state aren't being honest. The jury heard us and found our client not guilty of 3 first degree felonies. #RDDI #reasonabledoubt #reasonabledoubtdefenseinvestigations #wrongfulconviction

K9 search. After reviewing the videos I was able to point out the issues with the search, and this ended up dismissing four cases for our attorney-client. All four cases were with the same officer/handler and the same K9.

Opened the Supreme / Appeals Court rulings this week. I saw a current case I'm working on, & the ruling is based upon another case I had in the past, and the decision in that 2nd case was based upon a 3rd case I had. #RDDI #wrongfulconviction #Reasonabledoubtdefenseinvestigations #reasonabledoubt

The damage can never be measured when you have the resources of the state, an unreliable source, a police investigation that never scrutinized stories or evidence. What an absolute shame & tremendous expense to the state. 6 first degree felonies dismissed! #RDDI #ReasonableDoubtDefenseInvestigations

When the attorney you hire is willing to listen to experienced investigative professionals, amazing things happen. 1st degree, 2nd degree & 3rd degree felony charges end up dismissed. #RDDI #ReasonableDoubt #WrongfulConviction #ReasonableDoubtDefenseInvestigations

When cops don't do their investigation, and the prosecutor has little interest in the cop not following through, they have a choice. Dismiss or be embarrassed at trial. A good attorney is able to point this out to a wayward prosecutor. This case should have never been filed.

Jury trials are scary, but I love when the jurors are paying attention. Most lying accusers out there have at least 1 or 2 people who known them, who can't wait to tell a judge and a jury just how big their lies are. You've just got to find them. 😉

"Judges should stop pretending that violations of supervised release are a 'breach of trust'"

When the state decides they're just not going to produce the evidence they're hoping you don't know about, felony charges get dismissed. I wish it hadn't taken 3 years for them to do the right thing. #RDDI #ReasonableDoubtDefenseInvestigations #ReasonableDoubt #wrongfulconviction
