Do sugar crashes absolutely knock anyone else out?
This NEVER used to happen to me but starting around age 34 I can't believe how hard I'll crash 20 min after eating like a moderate amount of sugar. like clockwork.
Guess I'm cutting more sugar from my diet. I'll be better for it but damn.
