Interesting read!
An excellent op-ed on a project that @katiebrennan.bsky.social, @ravibhalla.bsky.social and @yousefjsaleh.bsky.social have said they support because of its strong proposed affordable housing component, public school, and other unique amenities for the community.
Nick Zurawski, who lives in the "Powerhouse Arts District," writes about a new development proposed next to Hudson Hall that will bring 1,000 new apartments, 150 affordable homes, a plaza, a public school, and support for the arts to an empty parking lot downtown.

Under my leadership, Hoboken was the first city in New Jersey sue Big Oil to make these large fossil fuel corporations accountable for the climate crisis they created.

The same urgency applies to the N.J. Climate Superfund Act. Let's get it passed.

Democrats in New Jersey and nationwide have only one choice - we must stand up to preserve our values and compassionately protect ALL of our residents.

It’s what we did early in my first term as Mayor, and what I am committed to in the Assembly. hudsoncountyview.com/bhalla-brenn...

I'm so excited to have submitted over 900 petitions alongside Katie Brennan to officially get on the ballot for State Assembly!

I’m grateful to every voter who signed our petitions and to all of our volunteers who helped collect them.

Donald Trump and Elon Musk are currently working to undo Medicaid for millions.

We can’t just sit around and let this happen - we have to fight back.

Let me be clear - Hoboken will always be a place where all are welcome no matter your gender identity, sexual orientation or any other means of identification.

Proud to celebrate Trans Day of Visibility next Monday and I invite all members of our community to show their support.

Good news: Church Square Park will soon see some upgrades! We will be installing a brand new playground, lawn area, new restrooms, and more. It’s the latest in our efforts to improve our parks and public spaces that are utilized by countless children and residents every day.
