Last weekend I was at the Vintage Computer Festival in Enter Technikwelt Solothurn, Switzerland.

Last weekend I was at the Vintage Computer Festival in Enter Technikwelt Solothurn, Switzerland.

Last week I was at Gamescom again. It’s mainly a social and retro game event for me. It was great to chat with some old friends, attend nice dinners, get good feedback on The Machine, etc.
Overall, Gamescom 2025 was a good experience for me. I’ll most likely go to Cologne again in 2026.

10 years ago today, I wore my first Turrican suit at Gamescom and met @chrishuelsbeck.bsky.social for the first time. The cosplay was a tribute to Chris’ music, so it was fantastic to actually meet him. Chris is one of my absolute favourite composers, and I’m proud to be able to call him a friend.
