I am thinking alot about joy at the moment and how the church wing I grew up in talked so much about sacrifice and giving out. How do I do both better ? Could it be I was created for joy and not just exhaustion...

Paddleboard g is my new favourite thing - and there is no better place to do it then Waswater. Such a moment of joy and happiness
