I have sympathy for artists who've built up an audience on x the everything app but at what point is too much. Have some self respect. I'm no bsky defender this place also sucks but really the "bsky is a desert, I cant move!" Stuff feels like coping.

My resolution for 2026 is that after my final big climactic Lancer game I wanna push my group to diversify. We're pretty stuck in the trad game space despite some experiments (all ran by me) and I rlly wanna move over to playing a wider diversity than our current rotation. More games for shorter.

Finishing 79' and the One Year War with Encounters in Space today. 3 months ago I did not know what a "Zeon" was and thought all the mechs were gundams. Now I'm educated enough to know not all the mechs are gundams, but more of them are than you probably expect.

Ive never gotten the "avatar has no cultural impact" thing bc Avatar does have a fandom. I'm not saying I'm one of them, I'm no Avatar fan, but there are millions of them and they are actually extremely loud and occasionally annoying about it. Have you not seen them.

Went really well! Buffed the combat from the book a bunch to adjust for my group. I traumatized our cast of children.
