A 3-year structured exercise programme after adjuvant chemo for colon cancer lead to:
- significantly longer disease-free survival (DFS) (HR 0.72; 95% CI, 0.55 to 0.94; P=0.02)
- better 5-year DFS (80.3% vs 73.9%)
- better OS at 8 years (90.3% vs 83.2%)

Happy to share our latest study on alcohol-attributable cancer. From 2000 to 2021, although the ASDR from alcohol-attributable cancer declined, the total number of deaths continued to rise. Efforts needed to address!
