Absolutely amazing tool to fix out of sync subtitles that I discovered recently, can't tell you how much of a game changer, maybe life changer even this has been for me lately, it's really like magic, what used to take hours if not days to fix now gets fixed in seconds or minutes at worst.

I just realized there's one ABS-CBN restored movie with English subtitles! This is because they got the copy of Nunal sa Tubig (Speck In The Water) from Fukuoka City's library
And yes, that means it has hardcoded Japanese and English subs
