“My only task is learn to grieve”

I feel like a broken record saying this again…

But it’s uncanny how Navy repeatedly drops music when I need it most, when I’m feeling weak, run down

On a couple listens, I already feel TS&TS is on par w his best… brilliant beats & lyricism

Those drums too are spectacular, goddamn Al is a genius

I’m enjoying the new Danny Brown album…

But the narrator has that overly earnest affectation on their voice that is bothersome lol

Redman at his peak was so inventive as a lyricist… his rhyme schemes were so fresh my god

Obviously the style and charisma was untouchable since day 1 too

With music that always had super funky basslines 🤌🏽

I remember when the teaser of this song first dropped…

Played that like 50 times

Album is not great, but also underrated… might even like it more than Blue Lips 😬

Not necessarily reinventing the wheel

But Aes gives us a nice straightforward album of raps on IHIAMTT

With production that is much more minimalist than his past efforts, though still does enough to complement the rhymes

Good stuff overall

Haunt Me is such an incredibly peaceful listening experience

Though it’s the kind of peace that isn’t utopian

It makes my mind go to uncomfortable places, deal with real emotion

But ultimately leaves me at a place of ease… Tim is a genius, and this LP is remarkable
